These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with **Nida Education Foundation** (Registration No. 28033/2026), including the use of our website (`nidaeducation.org`) and enrollment in our free courses across Delhi NCR. By using this website or registering for our courses, you accept these terms in full.

1. Zero-Cost Program Integrity

All educational courses, computer access, textbook distributions, stitching instruments, and embroidery supplies provided by the foundation are **100% Free of Cost** to the student.

  • No fees may be charged or collected under the foundation's name.
  • Admission and selection are based strictly on slot availability, commitment to learning, and local community needs.
  • Any commercial selling or unauthorized distribution of course materials provided by the foundation is strictly prohibited.

2. Classroom & Computer Lab Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for all students (especially women and children), the following rules must be observed at our physical educational center in Sangam Vihar, New Delhi:

  • **Respectful Behavior:** Students must treat teachers, fellow classmates, and staff with absolute respect. Bullying or harassment of any kind will lead to immediate expulsion.
  • **Care of Equipment:** Computers, stitching machines, and embroidery tools must be handled with care. Any intentional damage to center property may result in suspension.
  • **Attendance Consistency:** Since seats are free and in high demand, regular attendance is required. Unexcused absence for more than 7 consecutive days may result in the seat being allocated to another applicant.

3. Non-Commercial Usage Policy

In alignment with the non-profit compliance standards guidelines, this website is strictly for non-profit information sharing. You may not use this website or any materials obtained from the foundation for commercial purposes. No third-party advertisements or products may be displayed or sold through our platform.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Nida Education Foundation provides all services, classes, and digital resources on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain the highest standard of safety and teaching quality, the foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our lab equipment, tools, or website.
